By accessing or using Show Pad Collective, you agree to the following terms.

Show Pad Collective operates solely as a marketplace platform.

We do not manufacture, own, inspect, or ship any products listed.

All products are sold and fulfilled directly by independent brands.

𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐂𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐒

𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐒

When you place an order, you are purchasing directly from the brand fulfilling that product.

Show Pad Collective is not the seller of record.

𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓

Payments are processed through secure third party providers.

By completing a purchase, you authorize payment for the full amount of your order.

𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐒 + 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐒

All returns and refunds are handled by the individual brand.

Show Pad Collective does not process returns or issue refunds.

𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐄𝐒

Any issue related to your order must be directed to the brand that fulfilled your purchase.

Show Pad Collective does not resolve disputes between customers and brands.

𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐆𝐄𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐒 + 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐏𝐔𝐓𝐄𝐒

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact the fulfilling brand directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with the brand may be considered a violation of these terms.

Show Pad Collective is not responsible for chargebacks or payment disputes and does not act as the merchant of record.

𝐍𝐎 𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘

Show Pad Collective is not responsible for:

• Product quality or condition
• Accuracy of listings
• Shipping delays or losses
• Damaged or incorrect items
• Actions or policies of individual brands

All claims must be directed to the fulfilling brand.

𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐒

𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘

All brands must be approved through Show Pad Authority.

Approval may be revoked at any time.

𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒

Brands must:

• Operate on Shopify
• Utilize the Shopify Collective app
• Maintain accurate inventory
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Provide customer service directly to buyers

𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐆𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐘

All designs must be original or properly licensed.

Any infringement or misrepresentation may result in immediate removal.

𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘

Brands are solely responsible for:

• Product accuracy
• Order fulfillment
• Shipping and delivery
• Customer service
• Returns and refunds
• Chargebacks and dispute resolution

𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐒

Brands agree to all applicable monthly fees and commission structures based on their selected tier.

𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 + 𝐄𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓

Failure to meet platform standards may result in:

• Removal of product listings
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent removal from Show Pad Collective
• Revocation of Show Pad Authority accreditation

Repeated customer complaints, unresolved disputes, excessive chargebacks, or failure to fulfill orders may result in immediate removal without notice.

Brands remain responsible for all outstanding orders, refunds, disputes, and customer obligations even after removal from the platform.

𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

Show Pad Collective is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

• Transactions between customers and brands
• Brand actions or inactions
• Product performance or condition
• Shipping or fulfillment issues
• Payment disputes or chargebacks

𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 𝐔𝐒𝐄

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄

By using Show Pad Collective as a customer or brand, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
